Coffee Jelly

Ingredients

• .25 oz unflavoured gelatin
• 2 tbs hot water
• 2 c fresh brewed coffee
• 3 tbs white sugar

Instructions

1. Dissolve gelatin in the hot water in a small bowl. 
2. Pour gelatin mixture, coffee, and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. 
3. Pour coffee mixture into glasses for individual servings or a large pan for cubing. 
4. Chill in the refrigerator until solidified, 6 to 7 hours.
