Potato Crisps Ingredients - 1 1/4 lb potatoes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- water
Instructions - Peel and thinly slice potatoes.
- combine in bowl potatoes and salt. cover with cold water and soak 30 minutes.
- grease rimmed cookie sheet
- drain potatoes, lay in one layer on cookie sheet
- bake at 350* for 35-45 minutes, flipping every 10 minutes.
