Summer Fruit Smoothieserves 2 Ingredients- 2 cup frozen or fresh berries, peaches, etc.
- 1 small banana
- 6 oz plain yogurt*
- 1-2 tbs hazelnut or almond butter
- 1 tbs flaxseed oil or ground flaxseed
- 1 cup ice
Instructions- puree all until smooth and creamy
*can be substituted with 1 cup orange juice
